Find Gmail emails without a label

First you have to set Settings > Conversation View to Conversation view off to see every single message.
Use this filter to find emails without labels:
1 | -has:userlabels -in:sent -in:chat -in:draft -in:inbox |
If you delete attachments from thunderbird then you will have duplicate emails in your Gmail account, use this filter to find them:
1 | -has:userlabels -in:sent -in:chat -in:draft -in:inbox has:attachment -Deleted |
